Sean is a partner with the firm, concentrating his practice primarily on litigation of business, surety, construction, and commercial real estate disputes.  He also routinely advises clients on compliance with state and federal fair housing and disability laws. Prior to law school, Sean worked for four years in the Institutional Trust Department of BB&T, a Fortune 500 bank.

  • Advised multi-state property management and investment company on compliance with federal and state fair housing law
  • Successfully defended property management company on multi-million dollar fair housing complaint
